About LRS

Les Rochers Studio is a small but dynamic architectural practice based on La Digue and working on projects throughout the Seychelles.

We are committed to achieving high design standards and clients’ satisfaction by working closely with them, to explore their architectural needs, requirements and visions.

​

LRS was set up in May 2011 and has successfully completed a number of small and large architectural projects in Seychelles, ranging from Residential to Hospitality Developments and Community Projects.

​

LRS believes in designing a vision - not a building that purely meets programmatic requirements, but architecture with a refined sensitivity to ‘orientation’ which would be able to provide a ‘Sense of Place.’

​

By thinking about how design is ‘oriented, buildings will relate to so much more – the ‘landscape’ will become richer and the building’s potential will become greater, more timely and more meaningful. A successful design is able to communicate.

We believe it is important for future developments to be sustainable and locally orientated in design.
