Les Rochers Studio was invited to design the 25 Metre Community Swimming Pool on Eve Island, in 2012.

The swimming pool has been designed to support the Praslin and La Digue community.

Facing Baie St Anne, the swimmers and spectators can enjoy views of the sea between Eve Island and Praslin, the town and surrounding mountains.

Designed to the FINA standards, the swimming pool complex has successfully hosted numerous competitions over the years. Children are taught to swim in the small pool prior to graduating to the 25M swimming pool.

The design was driven primarily by functionality, the achievement of FINA standards and a focus on achieving maximum value on a set budget.
