Domaine Les Rochers Luxury Apartments was one of the first projects designed by Les Rochers Studio.

The aim was to design comfortable apartments for Guests wishing to holiday on La Digue, in comfort and style.

 

The two storey apartment buildings have a clean, simple vernacular design, inspired by the traditional Creole architecture. This allows the guests to fully experience the Creole ambience.

 

Set in the lush tropical garden, each building has a ground floor and first floor apartment unit and each apartment has its own private entrance.

 

The four 80m² apartments are elegantly furnished, offering a spacious open plan bedroom and sitting area, en-suite bathroom, a modern kitchen, dining and lounge area on the veranda, with views of the garden and the Belle Vue mountain.

The timber windows and doors were made from locally available mahogany wood. The furniture, lighting fixtures and decorations were designed inhouse, to the apartments' specifications.

Careful consideration was taken with the finishes of the interior. Hard-wearing and high quality durable materials were chosen, to satisfy the high usage of the business' requirements.
