The Pirogue Company wanted to extend their existing business with a 16 bedroom guest Accommodation block and swimming pool. The project is located at Cote D'Or, within the busy touristic area on Praslin.

The aim of the project was to achieve a comfortable and attractive design for the rooms, in respect to the site, recommendations, requirements and budget. In view of the Client's requirements for the project, there were a few restrictions/limitations to overcome with the site.

The design is a blend of the modern and traditional architecture of Seychelles which creates a strong and inviting image. The outdoor space was designed by the office, as well as, the furniture, which outfits the building, creating a complete and cohesive language throughout the project.
